Hello Ammar,
I hope all is fine.
This is Usman Khawaja and I am also from Sialkot. Let me tell you about my educational and professional background first because this may help me supporting my answer.
I did MBA from Lahore and then I moved back to Sialkot and joined SKANS as a visiting faculty member. I taught ACCA and CA students and as a teacher I found that MBA is somewhat more difficult to do as compared to ACCA but in case only if you are doing MBA from some reputable universities like LUMS, UMT, LSE etc. Otherwise Lahore is flooded with tons of un-known colleges who claim to provide quality MBA education but they lie.
ACCA as compared to MBA needs just regularity from you and demands to open the books on daily basis for reading purposes of course You already have commerce background so both options are open to you and if you want to become a commerce specialist then go for ACCA. Otherwise MBA is yet another good option. But I still remember all my ACCA students qualified ACCA in their first attempts and this is a real beauty of ACCA that it is DOABLE and it does not let you hang in the air like CA does.
So, if you are planning to study here in Sialkot then my humble advice to you is not to do MBA from Sialkot. You will lose what you even have today. There is no career building and all MBA institutes lack to provide quality education. You will smell even the same taste in case of ACCA but I think SKANS and KAYS are two good institutes for ACCA. I have tried to collect and summarize all the facts before you so that so may take a better decision at your own.
If you need any other assistance then ask me and I will be glad to provide more details.
Thanks for your attention.
