Well, join gym, and also start jogging, and swimming. I also weigh 219 lbs, and i'm 6'2'', but i've muscle mass, not body fat. My bodyfat is not in single digit, but it isn't over teen either.
Anyway, when you will join gym, so you'll gain muscles, and they'd require more calories, then what they require now. So, no extra calories would remain in your body to increase your bodyfat, and jogging, and swimming would help you lose the current body fat.
