Engine Oil For Suzuki Alto

Hi guys i searched alot on PW but didnt find any topic related to Engine oil for Alto. Lets come to the point i bought a 2007 alto with 40k on the clock. previous owner changed its oil about 1 day before when i bought it from him now its time to change the oil again and i dont know which engine oil is best and i also dont know whats the suggested Grade for alto from factory please guide me for Best engine oil

Last oil used by previous owner was from PSO.

Use castrol Gtx or caltex havoline and also flush engine before pouring new oil.

Dude,

Use shell simple oil which for petrol engine, do not use CNG oil, it is the best for alto as recommended by my mechanic and before this i use others but i find it good for alto.

I am usinf Alto 2005 with 185000 kms on it. Engine is still genuine. Rings are still good recently i had a tour to naran on my Alto.
I simply use PSO oil and change it after every 3000 kilometers. All other oils are definitely better than PSO but the main thing is to change the oil on time and never ever replace the brands. Ask the first owner which oil he was using and continue using the same oil, by changing the brand you are going to destroy the engine. As i never change the brand as my car's 1st owner was using PSO
