@xulfiqar I did...
I am not impressed. For Toyota users, genuine Thai made filters are better alternative if you cannot opt for Japan made filters.
I should probably give it benefit of the doubt as I have no idea how a genuine LePPON can be differentiated from a fake LePPON. I took it apart to see if it is good quality as in 200 Rupee range, it is cheap compared to Genuine Toyota filters of Thai origin (400 Rupees) or Japan origin (800/850 Rupees). If I had found the quality good enough, I would opt for it in future since it is cheap but I think we can get a good conclusion about filters, if it is cheap, it missing something i.e. cheap filter media/no proper pressure plate/no proper relief valve/cheap anti-drain back valve. This is not only true with LePPON but even between Toyota's Thai and Japan made filters.
I know there are fakes available in the market of Toyota as well but we do know reliable part shops and have got reference of original to compare them with. (You can simply shine a light in the filter hole before purchase and confirm the filter media colour, valve's presence etc.)
I will be taking the Toyota filters apart as well, not new though since they are expensive. I don't think there is any need since I have already posted photos of genuine filters taken apart from another site but just to confirm, that the filters sold here have got the same mechanism inside as the originals shown in the other topic.
The pictures speak for themselves. I may be wrong about pointing some parts of the filter. Please keep the discussion healthy.

- Visual exterior comparison

- I hate insects and they creep me out, no shame in admitting it. For a moment my heart was racing when I saw this inside the LePPON filter because it looked like an insect...

- and it begins

- A spring that pushes against the filter cartridge, no idea what the purpose is. Then it is the filter element. The empty shell. Anti-drain back valve/cheap rubber feel. The bottom which connects inside the vehicle.

- Close up of the empty shell

- Close up of the anti-drain back valve sitting on the holes.

- Close up of the inner part with anti-drain back valve removed.

- The part which connects with vehicle. Rubber seal/ring removed.

- Close up of the rubber valve/seals, cheap?

- This is how it sits in the filter cartridge. @xulfiqar , please explain this to me. The spring is used instead of a pressure plate? and that small dot under the spring can actually be pressed inside. This is supposed to be the relief valve? Close up coming in the end. What are cons of the filter set like this???

- Close up view from several angles of the filter element. I am honestly not sure whether it was my brute force while putting it inside the pipe wrench, which distorted the filter i.e. not straight or this is how a cheap filter comes? Since the housing was bending after I reached the half point with saw.

- Size of the empty filter housing in comparison to the filter element. It is TINY!

- I couldn't wait to use the digital caliper which I purchased recently. Genuine Toyota Thai made filter cartridge height is 54 mm!! You need MORE filter area, more = better!

- There's that creepy thing again inside filter... which turned out to be glue!!!
