Hello @xulfiqar bhai I had this interaction with liqui moly. What should be the right interval for oil change.
The distributor in Lahore is saying to change oil after 7k kms atleast but manufacturer of lubricant is telling a different story.
Just want to know what you think about interval for oil change.

LM wrote correct for you, however dont run the oil in your tiny sump engine for that long, it wears down pretty fast due to the low quantity and stop/start driving.

btw - your car does not require super fancy engine oil.

junab i ran the oil for so long cuz it was moly and thought it had some magic potion in it.
I used to change the oil after 2500kms aub wohi keron ga.
I know im shifting to a normal oil tomorrow but i would not use engine flush cuz ceratec will be removed my it.

"Meet API service category SM/CF & SAE 10W-30.
Meet ILSAC GF-3 standard.

I just looked at the sticker inside the bonnet aur uss mai meray hisab sai 5-30 ya 10-30 ka nahi likha bus SG grade or higher likha hai.

Waisay i think yeh toyota wala petron plus bhee 660cc kai liyay bohot fancy engine oil ho ga.

Kiya khiyal hai junab aub sai rahay gi?

use the 5w30 API SL or higher oil and change both oil and filter at 4000~5000 kms. Make sure the PCV valve is in good shape and there are no oil leaks in your engine.

Bhai. What is a pcv valve? I use thai made oil filter from Toyota dealership cuz woh sahi size ka hai for this car. I dont know filter kai internals ka kia scene hai iss filter mai.

5-30 aur 10-30 sai kitna farak perta hai? I found it only with honda they carry 5-30 sm. Waisay i have been using 5-30 sm in 2009 civic. Is it a good enough oil for civic?
