    Default My Ravi Piaggio 2011

    Bought in 2011, bike has complete almost 4 years with almost 50K running. There are some major and minor changes made so far.

    1. Rear tyre changed to 100/90 Dunlop
    2. HID installed
    3. Charade ignition coil with iridium tiped plug
    4. Studs sportster for touring
    5. Handle changed to AHL Deluxe raised handle
    6. Mirror indicators

    Major locations covered so far:

    Karachi, Uthal, Hingol, Kund Malir, Quetta, Ziarat, Islamabad, Neelum Valley, Lahore, Multan, Bahawalpur, Chistian.

    And bike still going good, although the fat tyre has forced bike to consume oil on long runs but its till performing good.

    by the way this very same plug in different or in similar but rough packing is available in market in multiple shops but they are fake so lahoree guys who want to put this always go to Orignal Xtereme Sports Shop or Green autos.

    Yes this setup is working in Hans Deluxe before engine alterations and that was the only reason hans 125 accelrated like hell and did 11k RPM complete on 5th gear werna mostly 5th gear men Deluxe 7k say uper nahi ja pata..

    If you can find the plug then there would be no issue the right plug is required, because delux and pridor plug is different, you will have to find a same size irridium plug which will fit pridor rest it will have no issues. Coil will have no problem only better ignition coil copper wire would be required

    so the plug is the issue i need to find a 100cc irridium plug
    Omer bhai what other change you did to use this performance coil & plug
    you replaced ignition coil wire or plug wire to copper wire

    So only it is very important to change wire which connect coil to plug
    so you need only high resistance plug cable to perform this modification
    if you don't what will happen we know

    After my last trip at "Winder" (60KM) i noticed some things in bike after mods..

    1. Clip on handle bars give vibration.. The vibration that i didnt feel on stock handle. Iam thinking to install some rubber cusions to get rid of that

    2. Titanium plug is making engine hot .. But thats what this plug is meant to do..

    3. Ignition coil has made a major difference in acceleration.. Now i feel that i can match CG125 even in acceleration

    4. There was a time when i once achieved 130km/h .. But i was loosing control on bike and applied brake to get back to 120km/h .. I matched with gps.. My meter shows 7km error..

    5. Clip ons are fun to drive

    Yes i did.. But at inclined road while coming back home.. But i didnt felt any grip on bike, so immediately applied brakes and dropped back to 120km/h.. My meter has error of 7km/h.. So i topped at 123km/h ...

    i thought the bike hit 130 level road
    and about grip its very strange this bike should,t do that even at 140
    Can,t think of a better signature

    Yes i was also pretty amazed at that.. I think that rims needs some adjustment.. As after accident i didnt got them checked properly

    I must share my experience about it .. my bike never topped to 120 even from start I used to thin but after car Syncing and GPS confirmation I only can confirm it reached 115kmh in my hands and about instability there is an explanation..

    If the rear Tyre is to tight in air pressure then this feeling happens.. mostly (when my bike was young) when I came down from a bridge or went to the underpass I clocked 120+ due to inclination and felt really unstable and discussed with mechnic he instantly went to rear tyre and told me bhai apka pichla tyre pather ki trran howa hai iski hawa kam ya normal kerain phir try kerain.... and it really worked next time tyre was even little low on pressure and I rolled it down from Fortress Lahore Bridge and crossed 120 again with no womble , no unstablity or any change in control at all smooth and fast yes it was vibrating like CG because this speed was too much but it was completely in control.. and by the way I always keep little lower pressure in front tyre then normal always it gives more grip as I experienced.
