NOTE :- ( i'm doing this just for experiment not for racing or something like that)

Just installed qungi 4stroke piston in cd70 here's the detail and pics

piston (0.50)= 415
valve = 300
booring = 150
half seals kit+ engine oil = 400
Extra thing which my bike needed
2 head bush = 150
2 magnet plate bush = 150
4 foot rest bush =320

things have came back now installing started

firstly i want to install cd100 piston as both pistons have same dimensions but kharadiya is not willing to install cd100 piston so.....i had to install this one
secondly piston hits the head so i have to grand the piston from the top.
Now bike is start and working fine but now running section started because piston is so tight .
well share my top speed after running

Shaved entire surface of piston or just the area which was hitting head?

Why replaced valves?

Bored stock cylinder to qingqi 100 piston with. 5 over size?

What about carb?

Exhaust?

Clutch box stock ha? I would suggest installing 15 tooth for sprocket at least.

Is your cylinder 72 or 78?

Valve are leaked so they should be replaced

I gave kharadiya 0 size piston but he's having problem with cylinder actually my older cylinder is sleeved as in sleeved cylinder we cannot boor bigger piston so he try to do a jugar without telling me but he fails and gave cylinder and said that is cannot be boored I gave him other cylinder and he idiot boor directly 0.5 size in it piston which he bought by changing my 0 size piston and told me after booring

Carb is from hero 70 I'm using this carb from about year i'm not changing the carb try to set this carb as I needed because just installing cg125 carb makes it easy

Exhaust is stock I just make three holes near main hole

Clutch box is stock having FCC clutch plates while rear sprocket is 37, front is stock

Cylinder is 72

which bike head gasket you used ?
i hope it was flush with the bore of cylinder and not obstructing it.
you opend and fitted it togther or did it form "Ustazz"

all the things have been done by my own, driving my bike from 6 to 7 years never took it to any mechanic.
and got it right head gasket gave me problem even after shaving the piston its touching the head gasket and head so i install two seals in the back of cylinder.

yesterday i saw Road price 70 cc bike who put CG125 and my YBR-G in difficulty

Road prince first overtaken CG 125 2015 model at speed of 95-96 km/h

than man started race with me

believe me RP was going at 100km/h

many times he overtaken me and many times i overtaken him

40k bike nearly defeated both CG and YBR

what alterations a china bike need to reach 100km/h

anyone can summarize here please in single post

Firstly it's not the ride it's the driver.

Big piston+big valves+cg125 carb+united 100 weights+FCC plates this all makes a perfect power to weight ratio to beat a cg or ybr.
