Thread: Strange FF CNG KIT ISSUE Suzuki...

    Default Strange FF CNG KIT ISSUE Suzuki...

    ASA to all.....

    i have suzuki liana 2006 FF CNG, problem is car takes jerk right after filling CNG and it gets stable as soon as the CNG consumes.....

    Car shown to Pak Suzuki dealer they have checked it through software and said that your car is properly tuned, also RPM drops down to 500 and suddenly it goes upto to 1000 and gets stable for sometime and same thing happens again and again.....

    recently i managed to changed one ignition coil and car was running smoother but after a month i am having same problem again.... coils checked by pak suzuki and they said it is fine, CNG filter changed, CYLINDER is drained.... car is extremely maintained, plug, oil, filter, air cleaner changed on time...

    can anyone have faced same kind of issue and what could be the issue and solution...

    GAS over flow when u fill CNG - check CNG kit for any leak when U fill the cylinder with full pressure.

    Have u checked Landirenzo STAP advancer, is it working fine? Coz dropping of rpm in ff cng is due to either faulty reading of electronic T solenoid or STAP.

    how it could be checked apart from that i never felt any smell of gas inside cabin

    Tayyab i will get it checked from local CNG walas if they agree to check it otherwise all recommed to contact paksuzuki for cars with FF kit..

    By the what is the function of STAP advancer and where it is located?

    As per my limeted info there is NO STAP instaled in FF Liana just go to PS delarship & checked the CNG regulator pressure on Computer standerd is 2.28 ~2.34 Bar's means betwin these reading on idle rpm with out any electical or A/c load, problem will be resolved

    ya its a cng regulator problem. it will happen only when cylinder is full.

    check the antenna, local mechanic term. it may be leaking. if the problem is in this part the CNG will be filled slight less, i.e 1 KG less. and jerks will also be there on first usage. i had this problem.

    Thanks i will get it set on these settings inface pak suzuki walas also not aware about all the setting. i will tell him to set on these...

    Yes irfan happens right after gas filling, did u ever face the same problem?

    I never experienced this problem but i have heard abt it from somewhere. The person was facing the same prob. He got his CNG regulator opened & some valve or diaphragm was damaged. just some tiny bit of piece posing a big prob.
    Another one was having same but opposite problem. He use to experience the same thing when his cylinder was half empty. The servicing of regulator resolved the prob.

    Actually the cng kit is a reducer kit. It reduces the pressure of the cylinder to a pressure mentioned above. The car runs on that pressure setting.

    The pressure reduction is done in two steps: First reducer diaphragm bring down the pressure to 100 bar if its more than 100. The second stage bring it down to the required setting.
    If the high pressure diaphragm is giving problem, it will be your case and if the second stage is not working properly, then it will give problem in second half of the cylinder pressure...

    do not waste tiime here, go 2 classic cng ,show them,your problem will be solved within hour

    Could you tell me what does it located? and most important do they really entertain liana with ff cng most of the cng walas in karachi ask" is it FF or local kit", when i say FF they simply say contact pak suzuki.....

    During the last week jerks were quite less so i had a better drive during that time.
    I called a person at classic CNG he said that they do not have software of FF cng kit.
    what to do now?
