    @spectra
    after changing plugs i feel the car a bit hard, a bit more roar sound, plugs r genuine from denso, maybe its just a psychological impression as a cousin of mine , who had a mark x 2 years back, disallowed me to change plugs as they were original from factory. I still have the old ones but the process of changing is very lenghthy and i dont want anyone to open the engine again

    from today i m getting the old feeling of the car back , may be the engine requires certain milleage to adjust the new plugs or a psychological impression, any how the car is in perfect condition now and i bet no other sedan can beat it.

    Theres a problem I'm having with my mark x...actually it always pulls slightly towards the left when driving. Its very annoying and uncomfortable on long drives as I have to hold the steering with a heavy hand. I have got its alignment done 4 times...but still it goes towards left. I have brand new dunlop tires. I have tried rotating tires as well...but no difference...what can the problem be?

    I just replaced oil of my 2005 Prado's two differentials (fr & rr) at Toyota Islamabad Motors. It needed total 5 litres of Toyota Genuine Differential Oil GL-5 that was packed in 1 litre cans costing Rs.1,050/litre so I am surprised how you got the price of Rs.750/litre?

    Have you checked the steering arms? You might even have a worn-out camber. Make sure both of the cambers on each side are even.

    It is possible that suspension Bushings/ends on one side are weaker then the other so control arm gets a bend to one side taking car on one side.

    A good lignment wala can tell u if any such suspension work is needed.

    Update on my car pulling problem: I have put my rear wheels in the front and the problem is gone. Previously I only rotated the front tires left / right....that made no difference. Now I just put the rear tires in the front and the front tires in the rear, and the problem is gone. Actually the tires causing problem were brand new dunlops. My rear tires are old ones...Yokohamas. Now when I put old yokohamas in the front, the problem is gone...but no matter what I do with the dunlops, they dont work in the front...and car goes to left. Why is this? Why my new tires, even when rotated left / right, still make the car go left?

    are ur new dunlop tires n old yoko same size? i prefer to use same brand of tires if ur rims r not staggered or aftermarket....ur is most most probably OEM S-package 18inch rims which come in 225/45 R18 tires....do go to the tires shop n tell them ur problem...i think maybe ur front left tire r out of shape or tire thread has been worn out
