Default Engine swap in Toyota Crown From 2JZ-GE to 1G-FE

    Asslam O Alikum!
today we started the engine swap previously it was fitted with 2JZ-GE but it was not good in fuel economy but the acceleration and performance was too much. so putting the acceleration and power at a side we decided to put some economy motor in the vehicle. so decided to swap it with the Toyota 1G-FE with ECT transmission. which was donated from the GX100 Toyota Mark 2 2001 model vehicle. folowing are some picture's of the swap. and will update later.

ok so what is your opinion?
ok so what you suggest me to do ??????
had you seen the STFT and LTFT on the upper two rows?
analyze it properly it is the best wave form at idle and after wot throttle besides
plus if you had some improvement idea let us enlight about it and please dont guess by only seeing a diagnose box that it is OBD1 varient.

Yes I Have Seen The STFT And LTFT And O2 Sensor Readings Tooo!!

WIth This Readings ......The STFT SHould Be High Value As Fuel Must Be Added As Its Running LEAN As Per Readings.....!!

The STFT And LTFT Looks Fine But Doesn't Match With O2 Readings Provided Here........

    And I Gon't Guess By Looking At Boxes ... 4AGE Is OBD-1 ....!!

I Don't Exactly Know What These Tools Need To Get That STFT And LTFT ..Might Be Some Signal Which We Can Even Use From OBD-1 To Read That....Nothing Fancy Here....!

Understand The Difference When I Say OBD-1 And OBD-II....

The Error Codes And ECU Communication In Both Is Totally Different....!!!

you had tottaly misunderstood the toyota mechanism and goal of providing 2 dlc in a single ecu who ever want to diagnose it manually by flash type diagnosis he can do it with the DLC 1 box and some one want's to analyze the live data stream for the sensor's he can hook up the diagnose tool at DLC3 connector and get the live feed's so you totally misunderstood the communication protocol of both OBD1 &2 wrongly they both are present in the same ECU in our case of swap.
Finding an ECU for a friend of mine which is OBD2 compatible for 4A-GE from 1998 model.

yes I do measure the trim's by voltmeter in OBD 1 as it is feeding with 0 to 5 v refference so you need some practice and experince to read it carefully. janab

the VF port in toyota is not as reliable as a proper LTFT value on an OBD2 system. Thats why an EG analyser or data logger with wide band is mostly called for.
