yeah will share each and every thing step by step , first i share speedo meter remoting , then steering column , then ac pannel , and now posting dash board , ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,you need to remove all these things before removing dash board , so i guess step by step will post all ,,,,,,,,,,,,\

yeah you right its in marrir hasan rwp , first time i go there for allighnment work , the equipment at suzuki 3S shop is out of order so i go there ,color is looking good but you know i havent clean any thing other then fround windshield since it leave the workshop,,,,,,,,,,,,,will do some wash and poslish soon,,,,,,,,,you can see the body trims (door golay) they are all removed , althought they were 100% original but still removed , dont know why , ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,now i will paste them with 3M tape commonly called "kuta tape" mean dog tape ,,,,,,,heheeh, its 50 Rs per feet,,,,,,,,,,,i guess they will stick permentally with 3M tape

equipment for this work is always broken in suzuki dealer ships and Golas are missing i knew it and original he lagana new models are good too but its a 06 VXL 2ndly For Wax and polish check the car care and detailing dreams thread as they can recon best products.way better and nice then our local KOZMIC etc etc Turtle ice synthetic is the best polish yet and yes Kutta tape and much more stuff pindi ki zuban mein samjhte hun

ok so guys here i will show you how to remove your cultus dash board ,
and for that you have to first remove the speedo meter and steering column and for removing these you can check my previous posts ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,few things keep in mind.................no need to remove dash board inorder to remove the AC blower motor and AC evaportor,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,simple remove the left side and upper bolts of dash board ,,,,,,,,lift is few inches and you can easily remove both these things,,,,,,,,but for removing the heating system you have to remove all ,,,,,,,,,,but i guess it rarelly need to remove the heating system, its first time i remove the heating system of any car , and i remove that just because i have to insulate my car under the dash board,,,,,,,,there is an original insulation behind the dash which is called firewall ,,it protects the cabin from engine heat and sound , but unfortunatelly cheap cars like mehran cultus have low quality insulation all around the car, thats why these cars are never gave soundless drive,,,,,,, any how for insulation i will post later,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

one more thing,,,,,,,,,,,,,its not necessary to remove the AC pannel and sound system ,,,,,,as you can see i have not remove ac pannel , but you can remove it and for that see my previous posts ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but you have to disconect the AC control lever wires ,,,,,,,,,,,there are 3 wires and i have shows in this post how to remove them,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,there are wire clips on left and right side of dash board , just 4 on left side,,,,,,,,,,,one for the blower motor ,,,,,,,,,,one for the AC thermostat,,,,,,,,,and one fore the AC fan motor resistances,,,,,,,,,,and the forth one is the bigger clip , i have shown that in my post as well , remove all these , total 4 clips on left side,,,,,,,,,,and one the right side there are few clips near the fuse box ,,,,,,,,you can see them,,,,,,,,,,,,,,no problem if you mis some ,,,,,,,,,,,you can see all wire clips/connections once the dash board started leaving its place, ,,,,,,,,,,,,so remove all you find ,,,,,,,,,,,

helo friends , here i will show you how to remove your ac blower , evaporator and heating system ,
first i tell you that its not necessary to remove dash board inorder to remove ac blower and evaporator , but you have to remove dash board if you want to remove the heating system , you need to simply remove dash board left side screws and upper bolts , then lift the dash board few inches , also you have to remove the glove box inner casing , you will see after lifting the dash there will be enough space to remove the ac blower and evaporator , blower can be removed by unbolting just 3 bolts ,
you have to remove the blower casing first and then remove evaporator , and you have to open the evaporator inner joints if you want to remove it while dash board is still installed , other wise you can use any method , i mean remove inner joints or outer ,,,,,,you have to discharge the AC gas first and then open the joints , ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,keep the evaporator joints sealed with plastic so that no water can enter in it ,

helo friends, you need to remove the Brake, Clutch and Accelerator pedal before starting the insulation work behind the dash board , its very easy to remove all that , its not necessary to remove the dash board first , you can remove the Brake, Clutch and Accelerator pedal with dash board still on,

last batch of shopping , now every thing is complete , no further parts needed , today given a first car wash and polish , now will think about AC repair and carberator service, car is not working on petrol will do these 2 jobs soon , tomorrow will share all about sound deadenin/insulation

helo friends , here i will show you how to permentally fix your arm rest , i believe that the arm rest which are availabe in market are so sub standard that they will break down if you wont fix them permentally with the hand break cover, its very easy and will perform much batter if you fix it with handbreak cover,

i installed then before but the double tape was not good , so all removed , now installed again with good quality tape , this is the recent pic which i take today evening after first wash and polish,
