Excellent HDR shot of sunset . Did you take three shots at different exposure for this and can you please post the a screen shot of settings you use in photomatix. Because i tried hdr using photomatix many times but results are never that great.

Don't take this the wrong way bro, but wouldn't it be better to put all your new images in one post? Rather than making a separate post for each of them? In my opinion it makes it fairer for the other participants in this thread

i usually do that but since some people here still have slow internet connections, it takes ages for them to upload the page if each post has 4-5 pics in it. this way the picture count per page does not go that high..

Thanks buddy. Yep, I took 3 shots with different exposures using bracketing. Sometimes it takes a bit of luck to get it right in Photomatix, as sometimes the scene/lighting conditions don't work so well with HDR. At first I didn't think it was going to work, but after a bit of patience I got it looking alright.

Here's a screenshot of the settings I used (my Photomatix is version 3.1, so might be slightly different if you're using the new version) -

I use a Canon EOS 450D (Rebel XSi).
