I am driving a toyota prius 2010 1.8 brought at 55,000 kms driven now standing at 152,000 in 2 years.
it used to give me a good average of 20 to 24 kms back indays then dropped to 17/18kms at 150,000 kms and now its giving me 14/15kms per litter.
Drive is no more smooth, engine shakes at low speeds and check engine light always remain on.
mechanic said its due to bad fuel...I get my tank filled with hi octane once a week but problem is still there.
maybe its time to change batteries ?
If yes then how much it will cost including installation.
Is it wise to keep the car with this low mileage or should let it go ?
Thanks in advance
