Pros and cons of DHA 3.
Pros:
ex-Pakistan town.
Has a gate opposite to gate 3 of DHA 2 Islamabad.
Block A,B are confirmed plots and land acquired.
has good number of 5 marla plots so small investments are possible.
Rates are cheap and its very safe investment as compared to DHA valley which has no future.
Cons:
Do visit area and there is a eletric grid station so lot of EMF waves but if you buy opposite road in Block A,B you will be alright.
The selling of plot like 5 marlas are easy but 1 kanal harder to sell as dha 3 is not a big market.
It will require atleast 5-10 years wait time till it is ready to build houses.
Many blocks land have not been acquired so stay away from those blocks.Open files are bit dodgy.
