Trip Advice - Khi-Sanghar-Sehwan-Khi

I am planning a short trip this weekend to Sehwan via Sanghar.

I will leave Karachi at around 1 PM on Saturday. Will stay in Sanghar overnight and next morning I will leave for Sehwan and then back to Karachi same day.

Has anyone recently visited Sehwan after the floods. I am worried about road conditions.
As far as I know road to Sanghar is OK.
I am not sure from Sanghar to Sehwan, and from Sehwan to Karachi.

I am also not sure about the route from sanghar to sehwan. Can anyone please guide.

How much is the distance from Sanghar to Sehwan and from Sehwan to Karachi ?
Karachi to Sanghar is about 300 KM and takes around 4 hours.

I will be travelling in Chevrolet Exclusive with 3 people. If the road is metalled then I think I wont have any problem.

UPDATE

On 30 October I left home at 12:30, checked tyre pressure, filled fuel, picked friends from Gulshan at 1:45 and then we left for Hyderabad. Reached Hyderabad at around 4: 00 and Sanghar at around 6: 00 PM.

On Sunday October 31 we left Sanghar at around 8:45 am for Sehwan, via Nawabshah, Sakrand, Qazi Ahmed, Daulautpur,Dadu, Sehwan.
Reached Karachi the same day at around 11:30 PM.

My favourite car Chevrolet exclusive gave a mileage of 17+ Km per litre, AC was turned on throughout the journey, non stop.
We travelled 885 KM in 1.5 days. Car gave no problem whatsoever Mashallah.

There are only 2 roads going to Shewan from Sanghar.
One is Sanghar - Nawabshah - Kazi Ahmed - Daulatpur - Moro - Dadu - Shewan which is about 200+kms
2nd route is you come back to Hyderabad and go from there which is about 250+ kms.

Shewan to Karachi its about 275kms.

I wish they had made few more bridges over River Indus, your journey would have been much shorter

I dont know the condition of the road after the floods.

as far i as i know road from hyd to sewan is good recently my friends have been there via hyd but dnt know about road from sanghar im also from disst sanghar from taluka jam nawaz ali's town berani but never get chance to go there from sanghar

I think coming back to hyderabad and then going to sehwan will be time consuming. I will take the nawabshah route.
Any precautions or advice from your side ?

I have already get my car checked, it has never given any problem and INSHALLAH it wont give any problem in future also.

Did your friends visit Sehwan after the floods ?

I enjoyed it.

On Sunday we left Sanghar at around 8:45 am for Sehwan, via Nawabshah, Sakrand, Qazi Ahmed, Daulautpur,Dadu, Sehwan.

Road from Dadu to Sehwan is in pathetic condition.
We had planned to cover this journey in 4 hours but we reached there at 3:30 pm. Yes in about 7 hours.
There is no land route to Sehwan from this side. Its flooded.
We had to take a boat to cover around 1-2 Km area.

We left Sehwan at around 4:15 and found a straight route to Dadu which was not used by anyone, I dont know why. We were the only one travelling on that small road. There was zero traffic on that road. We asked from locals for direct route to Sehwan and they told us to use this route.
This road was much better than our previous route. We reached Dadu at around 6 and travelled via daulatpur, qazi ahmed, saeddabad, hyd and entered Karachi city at around 11:30 PM.

Didnt take much pics since I was driving.
Will post whatever I have tonight.

The route from Jamshoro to Sehwan is open and it is in good condition. Many people from Karachi and Hyderabad came from that route.

There is no land route from Dadu to Sehwan , there was some bridge which was damaged during floods.
We didn't go all the way to the end to see the broken bridge
We parked our car and took a boat.

Its heart breaking to drive on those roads if you love your car and its not 4x4.

But that short route to Dadu with no traffic was a blessing in disguise, as we saved about 2 hours.
