Help needed-Trip from Karachi to Naran; Saifulmuluk-dudipatsar-saral-fairymeadows

I am a student of the Institute of Business Administration(IBA) Karachi and was looking for help in planning out my north tour. Me and my group of 5 friends will leave Karachi on the 8th of June and reach Islamabad by the 9th. We will be in Naran via PTDC bus by 5pm on the 10th of June.
From here onwards, we wish to see saif ul muluk lake, dudipatsar lake, saral lake and fairy meadows.
trip schedule is like this:

11th June: Leave for saif ul muluk from naran,spend day there and come back to naran.
12th june: Leave for Besal from Naran and trek to Mulla ki Basti.
13th June: From Mulla ki Basti to Dudipatsar(2hrs) and night stay in dudipatsar.
14th June: Dudipatsar to Saral (night stay)

From here on wards im confused whether i can go to ratti gali lake from saral lake or should i head back to besal??

if i go back to besal it would be the 16th of June.
From there will the babusar pass be open for us to go to the fairy meadows?
is there any other way i can reach the fairy meadows from Naran?
We have time from the 10th till 21st of June. Please also advise us if the ways to dudipatsar will be open or not. If not can we go to nooritop lake from jalkhad and then saral lake?
Please also tell us if there are any other locations i can visit instead of these from the 10th till 21st of June.

This is Google Earth image of Dudipat Sar Lake on 16 June 2011:

Snowfall was normal last season but still lake is frozen with lots of snow on surrounding passes. This year snow is quite more and on the dates of your trip, way ahead of Mulla ki basti will be snow covered and lake will be frozen.

Same situation will be there at Saral Lake only if somehow u r able to cross snow covered Saral Pass.

Babusar Pass could be close in 2nd week of June so check before u go to Kaghan valley. Otherwise use KKH if u want to visit Fairy Meadows.

Ratti Gali is only doable in late July onwards.

1. Study some maps and use Google earth.
2. yes you can go Jalkhad to Noori Top and then to Saral.
3. Pindi to Raikot Bridge you can go via NATCO or any other coaster. Cost somewhat 1500 to 2000.

1. Pass will open somewhat 15th June or may be 15th July. Nobody can predict it. Depends on snowfall this winter. Arrival of summer (snow melt speed) and govt/authorities will to open the road.

I don't think Noori Top will be open at that time

Most probably,Jalkhand from Naran will be open. You can go Chillas from Mansehra through NATCO. You should spend two days at fairy meadows as one day you have to go Bayal camp trekking. We stayed at Green land huts of Fida Hussain who is very cooperative. Then you go Rama Lake. It's a beauty. Rama is called pakistani switzerland. Then you may go Tarishing & Deosai plains after confirmation that the trek is clear.
