Sad Incident of 10 Foreign Tourists Killed in Diamir, Gilgit-Baltistan

Just woke up and saw the sad news of 10 foreign tourists killed in Dimair area of Gilgit-Baltistan. Terrorists stormed the lodge in middle of night and killed the tourists (9 tourists and 1 local guide).

Although media is reporting it as fairy meadows but from some sources I got to know that it happened at Bonar Nala, Nanga Parbat base camp, Diamir Face (West Face). Its very far away place from Fairy Meadows with different demographics. With time, we will get more details.

Nonetheless, a very sad incident with loss of precious lives and will damage the already falling tourism industry

Just talked to Qari Rehmat of Fairy Meadows Cottage. And he confirmed that this sad incident didn't happen at Fairy Meadows. It happened at Diamir Face of Nanga Parbat. A very sad incident but Pakistani Media is seriously playing a very careless role by false reporting.

One more opinion by someone :

It was already certain that attacked on Shia minority was also being conducted by foreign elements, not local opposition. Now after this tragic and sad incident, its 101 % sure that these are foreign elements trying to disturb this area on similar grounds as it happened in other tribal belts along side of Afghan border.

Moreover, this side is very near to Kashmir and Indian Raw and Israeli Mosaad are there since a long time, when Pakistan busted their plans to attack on our Nuclear plants.

Nanga parbat has 3 faces.

1. Rupal Face
2. Rakhiot Face (Fairy Meadows)
3. Diamir Face
