As per locals, jeeps can cross Babusar and KKH is open for traffic.

Please try to give us update once u cross Babusar to confirm this information.

That would be highly appreciable if you could update us about Babusar Pass as we have to cross it also right after 2 days InshaALLAH.

I have just talked to @taimur76 bhai. He has just reached Astore via Babusar Pass. Babusar Pass was open till Babusar Top but ahead it was blocked so he took the Batugah route and reached Chilas and then Astore.

Chilas is open and KKH is not blocked. Lots of army presence in Chilas but road was open and there was no blockage because of security reason.

Guys, thanks for sharing these updates, we will be en-route to Deosai 21 -22 Aug after visiting Fairy Meadows. We are planning for overnight camping @ Sheosar lake.

Please post if you come to know any weather related problems/blockades to DeoSai.
