development is going on , houses have been made in ex-commoners town(which is beside phase 2 ext) but not in sector n, you can contact dha authorities to know when will house construction begin in sector n

there is no development yet in DHA....because BEHRIA TOWN ko support kia ja rha hay......agar DHA develop ho jaye ga tu BEHRIA TOWN ki ki market sale less ho jaye gi.....is liay neechay say lay kar ooper tak DHA authority kay har banday ki pocket bhari ja rhi hay......baki aap sab loog samajh saktay hain....nuksaan ham jesay investers ka hota hay....

i visited Phase 8,intend to buy a plot,the prices are increasing overnite.just few weeks back ie ramadan(since i started observing),things have changed to a great extent,alsmost 35% increase ,i wonder if this bubble is about to burst just like 2008,seems highly unlikely due to $$$$$$$$$$$$$
