Bro above highlighted part is highly alarming, it is clear there is a defect and they are just causing lame excuses to ignore it but why you have to bear after paying such hefty amount. My friendly advice, when you visit them on Monday don't be so much gentle, try to go bit hard on them else they will give you some other date and in the end they gonna say... "Sir jee yeh toh sari gariyon mein masla hai".
Don't take it easy, on Monday just ramp into some senior official office and ask him to get it fixed. Remember they are "senior" for their staff not for you So you are the customer and you have rights after spending that large amount.
