I had faced above issue with my Ravi Piaggio 125. I am sharing it's solutions for others benefit.
I was able to start with remote control but using the self button ok bike and headlight was not working also no lights in panel.
The problem was that self start button switch. It also controls the headlight as it momentarily turns them off to give maximum current to self unit.
It was resolved by disassembling it and cleaning the contacts with a soft wire brush. You can try any suitable abrasive thing to scrap the oxide between the surface. Also the springs were stretched slightly maybe 2-3mm.
Disassembling the switch is a very tricky. Take pictures of orientation of each connector and cable route.
There are two metal plates take not of how each plate is placed.
