This is addressed to people handling the shipping of Pakwheels merchandise. I ordered 2 mugs and a cap. but on delivery i could easily make it out that the mugs were broken, so i didnt open them and returned. I did get the cap and paid for it. Now all i want to say is that a better service should be employed as the mugs are prone to breakage. I was really looking forward to having the the mugs and sipping tea/coffee at work. Anyways this is just to bring to the notice.
