If someone owns the car, he can still sale if even if you are not in dubai. But people get on a v.cheap rate but still the owner can get some money. Recently my friend bought such a car whose owner was gone to Sri Lanka, he was his friend. He got all the documents from him and the power of atorny and then off course he had to clear the fines on the car. But owners bankcrupsy does not effect on the buying and selling of the vehicles. I was also thinking the same but my friend is able to transfer the vehicle in his own name. So if someone needs some more info. I can get. Btw this does not looks a sandstorm case, It looks more than a bankcrupsy case of a giant....

This car is lying on impounded cars area in Al Qussais... Normally the super cars are impounded if caught driven above 300 km/h.. The owner must be in jail.. while the car is taking some dust at this open yard...
