ok it looks like either the vitz was stop or moving at slow speed and the ambulance was at high speed,,, the angle at which the vitz is hit suggests that he was just getting on that road from right side where the ambulance was coming straight,,, and hit em at the back,,,, i think may be the vitz guy saw the convoy and tried to get on its tail but didn't saw the ambulance at the end,,,, also if the driver left the scene then the vitz guy should take the matter to court and before that file FIR against 1122 and that driver,,,,
according to LAW Ambulances are not allowed to go above 70km/h and this looks way above that they often overlook this rule to reduce there average response time in reaching a emergency,, but doing so without a emergency is really dangerous ,,, i think they become used to driving like that,,,,, still we should not over look the fact that 1122 is very disciplined and reputed institution and there is a very low rate of such incidents as compared to local ambulance services,,,
on another note i hate vip protocols,,,the amount of services they provide in a year cant even justify the time loss caused to ppl by them, the cost of there office, vehicles, allowances and pay that they get for a single day......
