he should have tied it up some where else i dont think this part used for towing is strong enough since it can be cut using a saw
you need just less than a minute to cut the chain / No saw needed. :o
well such locks are used under steering in mehran which theives open easily so y cant they open this lock on the chain

Such things can't stop your car from getting stolen. But, yes they do help in gaining time. Sometimes, thieves don't have time and can't afford such activity on such open place

Such a security measure is of no use because you can easily pry open the lock with a crowbar. I've not tried it but I have a hunch that as much Physics I know, it could be done. Thieves are quite experts at opening locks, I've heard it. Can a lock be opened by a thief? Any input? Thanks.
