@HumanGenius .. the people who can afford to buy those cars in Pakistan, most probably have much more than 5 Crores.
The income differential that the boom in property prices has created in Pakistan is insane. We practcally have only two classes, one that holds land/property and so is rich, other that is condemned never to be able to reach that level. With the current average base salaries, educated young professionals, will never be able to buy any property in or around large cities. Perhaps, if this trend continues, then almost nobody who did not hold property/land before the boom, will ever be ale to surpass that barrier. This is injustice at its peak, and yet we're forced to think that our country is progressing.
P.S. I personally know someone who bought a house worth Rs. 22 Crore in Islamabad, and another person who sold one worth Rs. 46 Crore in Lahore (on main boulevard).
