Sometimes water finds its way into the cylinder and burns.... Sometimes when you overheat, the water is pushed out of the reservoir.
Oil & Water paste is classic symptom but hardly the ONLY symptom. I have seen water coming out from the spark plug holes while the oil looked clean.
Sometimes gases exhaust gasses find their way into the cooling system. They also push the water out and create air locks.
If you think your HG isnt fried. You're wrong.
As many times as you have overheated, it would be a miracle if your head/block are not warped. Its the classic Honda aluminum head cast iron block thermal expansion issue. Hondas or any new cars should never ever ever be overheated.
