Hello friends finally i got chance to ride ybr requested an friend, he is 2nd owner of bike
before this ybr was owned by an school teacher when bike was launched he had bought
and when i had gotten this news i had specially went to see the ybr
The bike i rode i am not aware of its maintenance well one thing i knew it was bought by
teacher and he had bought this from hyderabad traveled from there over 250+km on
brand new ybr to come to his city he kept it for few months than sold and my friend
bought from him he is not very close friend of mine but an old classmate but i am thankful
to him he allowed an test ride i rode the bike only for 5-10 minutes
Guys i am really impressed with this machine, i have bought almost all atlas honda motorcycles
except cg but i have ridden it many times in atlas honda CD70 & specially Pridor is considered
smoothest motorcycle but believe me guys we atlas honda user don't actual meaning of "Smooth"
or we can understand what is called "Smooth Motorcycle" until and unless you ride ybr
I was really surprised when i rode it there was zero vibration in foot rest or handle there was only some
vibration in tank air scopes but that was not disturbing at all and that might be present because
they might be loose or touched as this was not an brand new bike.
Engine performance was excellent except for the top speed my previous bike was cg dream honestly
speaking i did not find ybr in anyway less in power or low in acceleration its response to throttle
was excellent was accelerating good there was no vibration at any speed it gains very good speed
in 1st gear infact did not ask 2nd gear quickly it goes to 25-30km/h with ease and you can easily drag
it till 40 in 1st gear. Gear shifts were very smooth no kir kir sound i am impressed with ybr OHC engine
only downside was top speed it achieved 100km/h in 4th but when i shifted to 5th it came down to 95km/h
so in top speed performance was similiar to atlas honda deluxe i had deluxe and maximum i use to touch
was 95km/h only
So i am disappointed with top speed but rest bike is excellent to ride. Riding position was very good
did not get chance to ride on bad road can't comment much about its suspension but its front suspension
seemed soft comfortable rear felt tight but as i said i am not in good position to comment on its suspension
There are quite good number of videos posted by users in which they are touching 110-115km/h easily
at the moment mechanics are struggling to tune it properly but an rightly tuned ybr can touch those speeds
though my personal experience with top speed was disappointing like me some users have complained same
In the end i must say we should be thankful to Yamaha for launching this kinda bike in Pakistan and
specially if we look at price its an slap on Atlas Honda. This bike has all features which i always begged
from Atlas honda and dreamed of but never bothered to introduce
