Default Reached top Speed of 111 KM/h on my Suzuki GD110

Assalamu Alaikum friends, as you all know I bought black GD110 few weeks back Alhamdulillah.
The Suzuki showroom guy said to me Sir 500 KM ke bad aap ney Engine ki cheekhein nikaani hain warna aap ki bike 100 se upar nahi jaye gi.
I followed his instructions, on Saturday I reached top speed of 93 KM/h in rain. But today I reached top speed of 111 KM/h. I am uploading Screenshot

Theoretically GD should do 95-100 km/hr max without redlining..
really dil buhat khush hota hai jab GD110 ke baare mein aise baatein sunte hai

btw dont try tht 111 Km/hr mark on regular basis it is catastrophic for a 110 cc capacity bike.Every time you go above redline piston gets rough and degrades a little

    Hi All,

I am owner of GS150 2014 model. My bike has 1300 Kms on the ODO. Today morning on shahra-e-faisal, I tried to twist the throttle more than usual and the result was that 2 CG walas gone mad and start chasing me... But I am very happy that at 100KMPH they were struggling, and I was ahead of them, and then I realized that its better to slow down because those bikers went crazy, but what we all GS owners should admit that CG has far good acceleration then GS. But in the end, if we are talking about smooth and peaceful ride, then CG is far behind the GS.

I have heard that if we change GS-150 stock (the diaphragm type) carburetor with float type carb, like we have in CG-125. We can gain a much more sharp pickup and acceleration.

In float type, the throttle-set is directly in control of a user, the wire which is connected at one end to the accelerator and the other end to the throttle.

Where as in diaphragm, the accelerator wire is connected at one end to the accelerator and the other end is connected to a butterfly. Here when rider twist the accelerator, it opens up the butterfly which then result in the throttle opening.

For easy reference you may see below the difference between the two.

This is all my assumption that indirect-throttle-control limits the pick and the sudden acceleration. Which results in better economy.
