today, for the first time ever since we've bought the swift i wouldn't start. the battery seemed okay but it wouldn't start. i called suzuki master motors, defence recovery service (03214778000- they are available from 8 am to 5 pm). the mechanics came to my house in ten minutes, connected another battery of their own and manipulating a few wires they started the car. however they said that they will have to take it to the workshop, where they found out that there was some issue with one of the fuses as well. the battery water was low too.
total cost: 1000 (including 500 recovery service charges)
the car is driven 61,000kms and it was last tuned 3 months ago.
the mechanic also said that i should start the car at night too because the engine oil becomes thick (the car is regularly driven in the morning)... dunno the logic behind this and i find it kind of funny too... so i'm going to ignore that
