Guys I drive a suzuki swift 2010 model and have completed almost 100,000 KMs, please recommend which oil should I use for my machine, and if there is any specific shop I should go to in Lahore.
Recommendations please thanks in advance
i don't know about the shop as i am from karachi but go for ZIC or liquimoly.... liquimoly is a bit expensive.... ZIC ki 2 numbri buhat hai so buy it from a trusted dealer only....
Any idea how to make sure if ZIC is original one or not? I mean from the bottle?
Compare the production date of plastic bottle with packaging date on the sticker , the difference if more than a couple of months means refilled bottle

I have few questions:
1)don't know what api grade difference between both through for m13a 5w-40 is right oil since m13a have cat converter so api sm-sn should be used in it I find Suzuki sm grade oil to be best for m13a2)4.5k km or 3 months which ever comes first is correct oil drain interval IMO since your car is in break in change it immediately3)Suzuki new car are delivered with api sm 10w-40 4)m13a take 3.5 liter oil as far as I remember
LIQUIMOLY recomended,, it too own a 2010 swift 75k odm and using LM 5w, 6000km oil change interval
So i emailed ZIC officials and got the following response: 1. Why ZIC X9 5W-40 (XQ) and why not ZIC X7 FE 5W-20 (A+) for new Suzuki Swift? Both are suitable for new Suzuki Swift. You have to select one of them.2. All ZIC oils are multi-grade motor oils?Yes, All ZIC oil (For Gasoline) are multigrade.3. My Swift only have 3000 KMs total on ODO. What oil SAE/API grade your suggest? The best suitable choice is X7-FE (SAE 0W-30 i.e. API SN & ILSAC GF-5) or X7-FE (SAE 5W-20 i.e. API SN & ILSAC GF-5)4. How many Litres of oil Suzuki Swift requires on oil change? 4L complete?Suzuki swift required 4L engine oil with oil filter.5. Why your API grading on ZIC Oil are different from http://hitechlubricants.com/product/zic-x9-5w-40-vhvi-techOnce says API Grade is SM and other says SN? ZIC XQ (ZIC X9) has been upgraded from API SM to API SN. And www.hitechlubricants.com is updated site.
