10 Days Trip Advise to Hunza, Skardu, Naltar

I am planning a trip with family from 17 September till 27th September. We are two adults and 1.5 yrs old kid.

My car is Honda City 2011 model. Car is in excellent condition. I have driven to Nathiagali and Swat so hopefully the drive will not be a problem.
I have planned my trip starting from Lahore via Babusar Top till Kunjerab. Covering Hunza, Naltar and Gilgit. After reviewing and searching threads from Pakwheels I have made a rough plan so please advise if it is good enough and what modifications are required.
I never plan my journey but this time the distance is long and I have a small kid with me so want to be extra careful.

Also advise about the hotels to be used and if the mode of transport is adequate.

I am planning a budget of 80,000. Will this be adequate considering I will prefer decent accommodation all along?

My plan is as follows: I hope the time and distance I have entered are practical. I dont want to exhaust myself driving. I can add 1-2 days.

Please also let me know if I am missing any worth seeing places which are nearby.
Moharram is starting from 22nd September. Will this affect any travel plans ?

1 Sunday CAR Islamabad -> Batakundi
Leave early at around 6 AM.

2 Monday CAR Batakundi -> Babusar Top
Short stop at Lulusar,

2 Monday CAR Babusar -> Chilas
Stop somewhere for lunch

2 Monday CAR Chilas -> Gulmit
Night Stay at Gulmit

3 Tuesday CAR Gulmit -> Kunjerab
Visit Kunjerab Pass, Husaini Bridge

3 Tuesday CAR Kunjerab -> Eagles Nest
Visit Attabad Lake, Altit Fort, Borith Lake. Can car go to borith lake ?

4 Wednesday JEEP Eagles Nest -> Hopar/Hisper
Hire a jeep towards Hopar, visit Baltit Fort on return.

4 Wednesday CAR Hopar-> Gilgit
Travel to Gilgit,

5 Thursday JEEP Gilgit-> Naltar
Hire a jeep for Naltar. Night stay at Naltar. Where should I park my car? How far can the car go if I take my own car ?

6 Friday JEEP Naltar -> Gilgit

6 Friday CAR Gilgit -> Skardu
Night stay at Skardu

7 Saturday CAR Skardu
Visit Shigar Fort, Satpara Lake, Kachura Lake. All this activity is possible in one day ?
Where will my car go and where will I hire a jeep.

7 Saturday CAR Skardu
Visit Katpana Desert & kachura Lakes. Where will the car go and for where should I rent a jeep ?

8 Sunday CAR Skardu -> Kaghan
Leave early at around 6. Stop for lunch & Stay at Kaghan

9 Monday CAR Kaghan -> Islamabad
Night Stay at Islamabad (at relatives place)

10 Tuesday CAR Islamabad
Visit Golra Railway (museum) and Shah Allah Ditta Caves

11 Wednesday CAR Islamabad -> Lahore
Leave for Home.

Lol ! Shopping is one thing which is under our control. Rest is according to situation.
I hope the budget is good enough. But lets see what someone who has visited has to say.
