There can be a fifth option too as you already own rebirth which is good car and one can drive little more.

Wait for 11th Gen as buying brand new 10th Gen at this stage will no longer be latest model very soon as 10th Gen have entered to its last years of being top model. Upon looking at globally new Corolla, Nissan and Hyundai models, probably Honda will work hard on 11th Gen and will bring even better shape/options.

Hope everyone is doing well.
I need some advice on what is a good sale price for a 2016 Civic Turbo with the following specs: 59,000KMs driven, white color, complete Honda Center Peshawar Road service history since day one with each and every required part replaced as needed (even wipers lol), all original paint throughout (including bumpers), absolutely scratchless, no blemishes of any sort on the exterior, near perfect interior with no scuffs, almost new tires (were changed about 9000 KMs ago, I think). The car is absolutely mint and still has a very strong new car smell. It has mostly been kept under a cover while parked and is waxed with Meguiars ultimate wax regularly. Its been used as a third car and has only done 6000KMs in the last 12 months.

I've been advised by my peers to not sell the car and keep it for another 3-4 years since I've been told I will not be able to find such a car again (especially with the 2016 model year). I am in no hurry to sell the car. I've seen some dealers and even individuals asking 3.5mil for their cars which are arguably not as clean as mine.

Given all this, what should be a good selling price?

I think and i hope you car is maintained just like mine. It can fetch between 31 to 33 in between.

I got mines replaced after warranty, just had to put some pressure at their head office. Threatened them for consumer court as car millage was below 50k and this was a manufacturing fault not a car specific problem. They eventually registered my complaint and called me after a few days to come and get the part replaced. Try your luck before experimenting on other options.

I saw the ad and 45 is too steep for a pre facelifted Turbo. About the Turbo Oriel I personally don’t understand why people would buy it because with a difference of 10% at that high budget why not get all the bells and whistles.

1) Turbo Oriel doesn't have the paddle shifters and I've read somewhere it has the transmission similar to Oriel, with L instead of paddle shifters for gear braking

2) In the longer run, I believe so. People who'll be in the market for a used turbo would find a RS for a differential of 1-2 lac when comparing between face-lift turbo Oriel and Rs

3) I've recently bought pre-facelift turbo, the person in the ad is demanding way too much. You get a lot of options in a new car, especially 3 years warranty. You should consider new RS or if you're not specifically in the market for RS consider sportage FWD.

Yes because of poor fuel quality and lot of dirt and other impurities, tanks dust, rust etc are too much as nobody takes cleaning of lorries and fuel pump tanks seriously to avoid expenses. So all that dirt clogs fuel filters before time.

Maximim limit for this from my exp. is 40 if its all original paint. Useless to buy 2019 model almost 1.5 years used car at this price tag if you consider 45 better go for RS Turbo. Oriel turbo is in less demand and at this price tag all turbos will take time for resale for sure.
If you wanna spend more than 4 mil go for brand new car with warranty and peace of mind for 3 years
I bought new 1.8 oriel because of all this although RS turbo is the best thing but this price resale will be an issue
