Guys,

Looking for some help on this issue. It appears that the clips of my left side-marker light (see example picture below) have broken. The only thing that is holding the light in place is the wiring connection. Since the wire is short, the light does not move out of place much, but it does come out of place and i am hating the fact that it can come loose at any time.

My question is that since the clip is broken, will i have to get the entire side-marker light assembly changed or can Honda fix this by just replacing the plastic portion of the light? Would also appreciate if anyone can share the cost of this light.

My car has been completely maintained at Honda and mileage is about 11k in 2 years. Will likely be getting this fixed from Honda only.

This has been a perennial problem with Honda's poor quality.These side lights in City as well have over time tendency to drop out and one can't even put it back.I tried it with my City a number of times with Honda 3S and all they could do was to fix it with Arildite leaving some non removable smudges.You won't believe it but it again came off after couple of months.Problem is that its not fixed in a proper housing surrounded by good quality rubber.Obviously these lights are from local vendors.

Hi, guys. Just bought a 1.5 turbo last month. I am having some trouble with my car AC. I changed the cabin filter when I bought the car. Now what happens usually is when I start my car and switch on the AC the AC starts after 5 seconds and AC starts chilling the car. Once I drive the car 12-15 Kms AC starts blowing warm air however the compressor is still running. I switch off the AC and turn it back on and it starts cooling again. What could be the reason? TIA

Try "All Purpose Cleaner" of any good reliable brand like Meguiars, Mothers professional or Chemical guy etc etc..it will be cleaned...

I always use this. Makes the roof lining look brand new. Gets rid of all the dirty hand prints, finger smudges and all other marks.

Hi, it could be due to ice, as ac doesn't trip automatically it forms ice and jams the part (don't know name of the part) located inside dashboard, and when you turn off ac for some time ice turns into water and it starts cooling again, faced this situation in my city.

That part is called evaporator. And yes My City also had this issue until i got it serviced.

Today i went to honda 3s to claim fuel pump of my civic 2018. Next to my car was civic 1.8 oriel 2020 which had come with the complaint/claim of faulty steering rack.

And today i went to Honda Sahiwal to check whether fuel pump of my civic (of Feb 18) is of faulty lot or not. He searched my chassis number in database (excel file), but it was not there. Interesting thing is that the person told "Sir aap ka chassis number iss list mein nahi hai, lekin mein aap ka bhi change karwa doon ga. Kuch wait kar len bas."

Not just honda civic, i think most of the latest cars, but i'll recommend to let it be diagnosed from electrician or honda.
