Have a quick question, the dealership I’ve just bought my civic from, I am not happy with there customer service , and really had a bad experience, I really don’t want to visit them , the dealership where I usually purchase my Hondas didn’t had white Orel readily avb , so had to get from this dealership.
Now my question is , I don’t want to visit this dealership again , is it possible if I get my service from the other dealership ? And if god forbid something happens , can I claim it from the dealership that I am getting service from , because that other dealership, from where I’ve bought my civic from said I have to come here for service if I am in Fsd , my family is been dealing with the same dealerships of honda and Toyota for decades,this was the first time I went for the other dealership and really had a bad experience and my sale guy was the manager, who treated me like this is the first time I am buying a car , with his BS , the owner used to own suzuki dealership and we regularly bought cars from his dealership , even his sales person was telling him that , they used to buy cars from us every couple of months . So can I go to my org dealership?even for the first 1k service ?
