This blinking won't be noticed if you switch on the hazard button i.e when all four light up together. However, single side will blink prolly after a minute and needs seperate load resistors to be installed or the LED bulbs you got are fake and don't have built in load resistors.
The best solution is to remove the led bulbs from the back and switch back to incandescents or you could start using your indicators for less then a minute

Can i solve this problem by adding resistors with each led bulb? And yes you’re right they used to hyper flash after one minute with oem halogen projector headlights but now with led headlights they start hyper flashing before one minute (15-20seconds)
PS: bought the bulbs from auxleds

The bulbs are not good . Well yes, you will have to get seperate load resistors now which would look like small ballasts.
You'll have to wire them and then place then inside your engine bay.

i have been using them for over a year, they are probably the best leds avilable in the market. Never faced any issues with AuxLeds, have been using in my civic X and c200 no errors whatsoever and the brightness is up to the mark. highly satisfied

The front resembles the 1995 model. A reasonable looking shape but lacks the wow factor given by Civic X!

Although i am using 215/50-R17 but i would suggest
225/45 or 225/50- R17.

Brand wise its upto yr personal preference and availability locally...
