Dealership was 300km away and it was 47celsius. Dealer told to fit a second hand or chinese pump to get the car moving. Bring it to them for changing. We did the same. And got it changed the next day

I'm in Karachi. Eventually Honda Sharae Faisal just serviced the motor and changed a few bushes. Labor cost 6K. They say the noise has reduced significantly. I don't fully agree, it's only a small difference I noticed. The long term solution according to them is the replacement of the 'full self starter' in the range of 100k. So the guy over there said I should just keep it running till the problem becomes worse. According to him it would give fair warning before it dies and not just leave me stranded on the road. I'm confused because the expense is huge. I'll probably try to source OEM parts from somewhere else and get this done in a while.
ok but why does cost of oem civic filter vary, a 3s dealership is asking 3400 while local(authentic) lube shop is selling same for 2700

Its fine tho pick has reduced slightly. Dont drive it anymore enjoying v6 right now. Will sell civic soon.
