Well, i payed 30k to traking world and replaced my player from them. Its the same.player with an updated software.

What if some person skip the "navigation option" and opt for the system from tracking world will it void the warranty?

What benefit will that give? Unless you know someone at Tracking world or get a used system cheaper then the question is valid. Otherwise Standard rates of TW if you walk in as a buyer are same what Honda charges.

About the warranty I don’t think it will void if your relationship with the 3S is good

In my opinion navigation and system is just ok netiher its good nor bad if you use it with care and dont overload it with apps it works just fine for me.
For a person like me i dont want market guys to touch my car so for such type of people better to go for navigation. I have enough experience of market people they just ruin the things and dont understand its your precious car. Either you know someone who is doing an outstanding job after market... otherwise it is not recommended at all

True, 99% of the times there are fitting issues specially with aftermarket stuff. And other than that, while opening trims they surely manage to loose a few clips and break a few NAKKAS which becomes annoying when it rattles or doesn’t fit back properly.

I bought another Civic X (used) little while back and it didn’t have oem navigation. I got a used & sealed TW (old software system probably taken off by someone for the sake of new software) unit for 35k with camera because I love the size and look of oem system specially with the only requirement of BT audio and Rev cam that I personally have. I gave additional chaaye paani to the fitting guy and he did a wonderful job. All clips and nakkas intact. The fitting itself being oem system took no time at all. Simple grips removed and connected to new system. The camera wire was also already present and the rear trunk slot too was prebuilt with a clipped cover on it. Simple camera fixed there and wire jack of camera was plugged into the company provided wiring already there for camera. The total job took 10 minutes hardly

salam everyone , i have an issue with rear camera in my 2017 civic for the last one week . it is intermittent on display inside , 2 other cameras are fine ,only car logo appears on lcd . I checked reverse lights are working with shift , but cant see during shifting to R , any idea pl let me know before i take it to mechanic .

Help People!
I have Civic Oriel October 2018 model and now i am getting steering rack issue
I have driven it around 32000 km
Honda people are saying since car is out of warranty, we wont entertain free replacement
What do i do? Pls advice

Some people has replaced it outside warranty, you need to search on this thread to find them. Once Honda Johar Town Lahore told me they repair the steering rack issue themselves and probably cost 20k. I suggest to sale the car after steering rack repairing if you went for repairing option.

Some people have replaced it after warrenty was over.But that were those people who maintained there cars from dealership.If car wasn't maintained by dealership then I suggest to get it check by kharadiya they can repair it.Actually saying that it's out of warranty we won't replace it is not tolerable as this was a defect from factory and should be replaced regardless if it's out of warrenty.

Try different dealerships, after some behs with a dealer i got my 2018 Oriels Rack changed it was also driven about 32 at the time and it was out of warranty, its a matter of which dealership is nice enough

my car has been maintained from dealership. have all the stamps.

anyone pls tell of a dealership that does this thing even after car is 2018 model and apparently out of warranty

I have their indicators too. But me and some other users also facing sometimes there’s a hyper flashing in those indicators when we use more than 1 minute. Maybe due to load or due to high volts

Please go to Honda gateway....I can confirm that steering rack is replaced even if warranty has expired. Mine (2016 model) was changed at the end of Y2020.

They have additional load resistors to resolve that issue. I have installed in my car they work fine now, no hyperflash anymore

If it is maintained by dealership then get Quality claim . They will accept it and forward to Honda .

bro restarted several times but seems to be a signal problem , today i tried one more thing and that is inside the boot on left upper corner there is a grip connector ,i just confirmed while pressing its both corners and i got the signal back
