Hello!
A couple of days ago, I went to Honda Avenue in ISB to book the Civic Turbo but they refused to take my booking and didn't give a clear reason as to why they weren't accepting it, Does anyone have an idea of what the reason may be?

Hello.

Apologies if I am asking this question again. It may have already been discussed here before.

I have been thinking about changing my car. I have a 2015 GLI currently. While I have considered the Corolla X 1.6 AT, I just want to have a different experience now. That's why I am considering Civic X.

I know that the car has poor build quality. What I am most concerned about are the steering rack, evaporator and other known issues with this car. If I book a 2021 model, will these issues be present in them? Do we know for sure that these issues have since been fixed in the facelift model?

Any guidance will be appreciated. I have driven a friend's Civic and I liked it. I still have a 2005 VTI so my association with Civic goes a long way back. I would love to own a brand new one again!

The probability of a problem coming up is very little as most of them have been resolved and God forbid if something comes up, it'll be an easy change as your car would be in Warranty. Personally, I would prefer to wait for 11th generation as spending almost 40+ Lac on an outgoing model doesn't make any sense to me. But everyone can decide for their own, either get it, use it, sell it just before the new launches and most probably you'll sell it at the price you bought it or even more than that. If you are considering Altis 1.6 AT, then also look into Altis 1.6 SE with the new features with 36 Lac control.

Go for it. Mist if issues have been resolved . In case if any issues it is civeredi in warranty . You can get extended warranty to be sure.

New civic would come in 2023 .

Civic 1.8.

Grande is out of date and would be changed by next year .

I would advise you to take test drive and feel yourself.

I myself owned corolla 1.6 previously and now changed to civic-x. it is totally a different feel. and all corollas are almost the same whether GLI or Grande. i would suggest to have a feeling of civic, which you will enjoy for sure. Yes there are some things which a guy don't like after coming from corolla but change is a change.

Its 5k or 3months whichever comes first oil change for around 5k thats it for 2-3 years

Went for my routine maintenance. Pleased to find out that honda is offering the SP conforming 0w-20 motor oil which has only been released in 2020.
Though the 5w-30 is still the decade old SN.

Go for Honda. You have p3 years warranty and if any issue happens, it is covered in warranty.

However 2020 onwards quality is better and very few issues faced .

In older models, few have faced issues which were covered in warranty

Bro i have bookked civic but peoples are saying it is for only city u can not drive in mountain area or village
Ground clearance is very low
Mostly civic are damaged from bottom

It has adequate clearance and due to stiff suspension, it keeps the clearance intact . However when corolla is loaded , then it also touches . I have both .

It is driven in northern areas by people without any issue.

Once you have booked then enjoy the wait and feel of getting a very good car IA. Don't worry.
