Hi. I have a white 2017 civic. I've gotten it detailed only once. You can visibly see faded patches on it and the car is now slightly off white if you carefully see. My friend says that my paint is on its way out and the only way is repaint now which is absurd because the car is just 4 years old.

The other day a bike hit me and left some plastic rubber residue on one of the fenders. My friend rubbed it off with some polish and it cleaned the paint underneath. The color difference was crazy and now I'm going to get it detailed ASAP. I'm attaching an image of it. Kindly tell me if my friend was right or not. I think the paint will be good as a new after a detail. Let me know if you can recommend a good service which is easy on the pocket in Karachi. Thankyou!

You have used waxes with carnauba or the detailer had done something wrong.

Go to reliable detailer who is able to recover the original colour which is still there .

Try SAC on main Korangi Road near Khan Autos. It's on Google maps so you can search.
They are reliable and good at paint correction and detailing.

It is the dirt layer which comes up on white.... It needs polishing and than wax non carrnuba one.... There is no issue with the paint.

Around 38 - 39 for a full original will be a good deal

Its a single stage white paint:) there is no clear coat so bo chances of loosing it completely

My advise is to go for new if you are willing to spend above 40 for non UG. Same price ma new miljaegi with 2 month time

Bhai no one can sell u under 4 million. 4250-4300k is the rate and then 100k teekaa for cross name registration. Try slightly used one under 10k driven.. u may save 100-150k max. Booking is a wastage of time when usd is at 174 now. Expect serious price hike anytime now. Dont waste 4 months with extra amount as well

Did anyone get there cheque refund for price reduction? They are cutting 16k something from my reversal amount worth of 115,000 saying I am not registered for sale tax. My lawyer is gone for some holiday so can’t consult him atm. Can anyone help?

thats what they say. But only if you install the parts from them. Buying just parts alone warranty will not be entertained.
