i have got a honda civic oriel full option nav and leather booking that i did in october and i want to sale it i paid 12 lacs and i want 12 lacs for it the delivery is in march i am planning on buying another car after the price hike now, currently the delivery time is 5-6 months (they say its 5 months but they will give u the last day of the 5th month making it a six lol) i want no profit no loss just wanna sale the booking

Pbo cannot be sold. U need to cancel ur booking at 5% loss I guess

u can take the booking obv it will be on my name still and later in february either sell the pbo to someone with profit or sell the car on own since honda masha Allah se 6 mahene time de raha hai wait ka. so a sale agreement can be signed and will hand over my pbo for the amount i paid which is 12 lacs. regarding cancelation they will deduct 19 percent not 5 percent upon cancelation

PBO will come in the original person's name and will be a mess up for the new buyer with an additional 100k at the time of registration. Premium makes no sense at all for buying a PBO. It should be canceled.

Bhai i responded to the other person who suggested this. If someone buys from you he will have to pay 100K extra on registration in any case, since invoice will come on your name. This is the reason, normally this is not sold. your booking time point is valid but for other person, its a difficult deal.
