What tires are you using? BG Luxo? If yes then suggest to go for Continental. Brakes are just fine.

Sadly, your warranty period has long ended. I doubt Atlas will give away a free evaporator for a seven year old car.

As bulal ganj will have kabli parts which may be prone to failure

Update:
I bought a new door lock handle but it was still not working, checked all antennas(3 to be exact), scanned via different deep level scanners, and also tried another BCM( Body Control Module) because that was kinda common issue in US specially hatch. In the end it was wiring issue, they cleaned the grip and put back again and it worked Alhamdulillah and so far all good. Thank you @rajaatta for guiding me over the phone. Jazak Allah!
Regarding Headunit:

So far what I have got is any aftermarket unit be it chinese or branded, I'll go with will have impact on the armrest unit as it won't work anymore. So I've requested Journey2Music guys to order the carplay device for me which'll work with the current turbo unit as well. Lets see how it goes.

Holes, i opened the door card and installed it inside it and then made a small hole so the light could pass, there's a guy in isb F10 who did it for me, very very reasonable.
