So finally encountered the dreaded coil failure on my Civic X. Spoke with @syncview-Osama. Took my car to him (34k driven by me alone, FL 2019) yesterday, car was with him for atleast 8-9 hours (tassali bux ). Did a fantastic job. 1st time my baby has visited a workshop other than Honda Dealership. Had to shut off the AC on the way back. Only one day old, but the treatment seems solid. Go to him bro.....

The headunit on my 1.5 no longer connects with my Samsung A32 (Android 13) in media playing mode over Bluetooth. Calling over Bluetooth is still working fine. This has been the case since around 2 months or so. Factory reset didn't work either. In the phone menu, there previously was an option for media connection in the device settings which is gone. Tested with another A32 with same results. Working normally with 2020 Alto stock HU.
Anyone else noticed anything similar?

I am using both BlueEarth ES32 and BlueEarth GT AE51, the 32 are in Civic X and 51 are in City 2023. Both tires are outstanding when it comes to comfort, grip and noise. Yes, they are not the absolute best but excellent value for money.

Its great to know that you are satisfied. I had also taken the same decision but the car wasn't running smooth. The tires had a bump in them causing the car to vibrate above 100 kph. The dealer (who is authorized General dealer) said this is a known issue with Generals, so I went ahead with ES 32s. If your tires dont have those issues than its amazing value for money.

Suggestion / help required.
I had installed Photum LED bulbs in both high and low beam almost 3 year back. Now 1 bulb of each set has gone bad (or fused). Is there any solution available, or I need to get new sets?

I also want to change yellowish head and fog lights of my civic X.
Want a simple bulb change for white/bluish light, with no wire cutting etc.

Any suggestions please which bulb is the best?

Use Novisight LED Bulbs, very economical and the results are awesome, I had them for 3-4 years on my Honda City without any alteration. Just a bulb change. Just order the exact bulb type.

Just faced an issue of engine mount failure in my Civic X. Car is nov 2019 registered and driven just 45k
Will it be covered under warranty under dealership? please advise
the car is being maintained by Honda but thru a different dealer as I have moved city.

it says 50k or 2 years. so as per time yes it has but i read the dealership can still be pushed to replace it. so asking how to proceed about it by someone who has been successful as the engine mount price is quite material

You can claim warranty from any dealership, but the problem with your case is expired warranty.
Also, I am not sure if engine mount could be claimed under warranty.

engine mount has been replaced under warranty by Honda previously as its a known manufacturing fault that has appeared in Civic X on various times.

Yes, time expiry of warranty is an issue but logically that shouldn't apply to a manufacturing fault in all Civic X as sooner or later it was bound to show up
