2020 model vtec turbo is listed on pakwheels in this budget. asking 62-65. 2021 will surely reach 70 or above.
older models have a bad repute in particular engine knocking issue and finding an old civic turbo with service history is even bigger challenge.
anyways I can go a little above 60.
also shall I consider RS turbo instead of vtec? the price different is 3-5 lakhs but vtec turbo is a mid variant less common
and may have poor resale. I am only planning to keep it for 6 months or so which means resale is a big factor for me.

RS has a great resale imo. They are fewer are more sought after. Please update here if buy ra as I am also looking for one in some time.

There was a severe dust storm and rain recently and my father accidentally used wipers, which caused a lot of scratches on the windshield. Does anyone know what the cost of a new OEM windscreen is? And will the dealership replace it such that it's not perceivable that it has been replaced?

I would suggest giving a try to a windscreen polish for scratch removal before opting for a replacement. If you are in Lahore or Islamabad, you can contact Shan Windscreen Repairers.

Ciciv turbo 2017 model here.

1. Name/model of any good quality speakers and tweeters with no wore cutting involved, having low cost?
   I am not an enthusiastic audiophile.
   But some nice oomph in speakers would be good.

2. I hope AUX LEDs won't blind oncoming traffic? I also considered novsight but they're expensive for me, as I also have to change tyres.

3. Will be getting Yoko advans coming weekend (finally after a lot of brainstorming on UC6 as well). Since yokos are readily available and UC6 are harder to get, going for Yokos. Shall update you guys...

It doesn't. I've had it done on 3 cars with no issues. Sold one car and faced no issue with it, 2nd and 3rd car still with us and no issues so far. One is now about 4 years in and the other one about 1.5 years in.

It's a myth that the windscreen will scratch up quick after the buffing, obviously have to use good quality wipers. Besides you've got nothing to lose spend around 5k and experience it for yourself, if it doesn't work out you can always get a new one
