Hi members.
Have a problem with my civic transmission and don't know how to tackle it.
10 gen Honda civic 2018 1st owner always maintained by the dealership.
I started noticing this issue after my 40k km maintenance when the cvt oil got changed.
The car in low gears keep a high rpm, meaning if I'm traveling under say 30 or 40 km the rpm stays at 1.5 to 1.7, I can get it to normal revs if I floor it a little after that even if I'm still traveling at the same pace revs will stay low, but issue will appear again if I have to break. this is unusual in my experience I have driven my own car before that and other same model civics as well and this is not common I have taken my car to the dealership and they said that it is nothing to worry about.

transmission slippage issue ..either they have over filled the fluid or maybe didnt drain old fluid properly because this issue normally arises when you change fluid after some higher mileage of driving and the old fluid has by now properly settled in the transmission draining it causes issues.

This is normal when we apply the brake or leave the throttle above 40 km/h rpm rises to 1.5 and return to normal when we again press the gas pedal or when speed decreases below 25 km/h

Suggest me good painter in Multan who is expert in correcting deep scratches or lines from car panel without doing any paint job.

Went with tyres change first. Next up will be lights and lastly some decent sound system but not outrageously expensive.
Got Yoko advan dB v552 and alhamdulillah satisfied as wanted minimal road noise and soft tyres.
Ride quality is significantly better.

Thinking of going for face light headlights instead of bulb replacement. Shall keep posted.

V553 wasnt aval at that time and one of my old tyres was in pretty bad shape. V552 was fresh 24.

Honda Civic 2017 OEM In Dash Navigation by Honda Pakistan (Tracking World) Issue

After a period of 7 years use my 10 Gen Civic in dash navigation has become faulty. At first it went into a boot loop and lights on control buttons started flickering slightly.

Boot Loop: The navigation tried to boot up showed honda logo then powered off itself then again honda logo and so on.

In order to keep it safe i switched off the car and removed the head unit fuse (no 19, 15 Amp) in the engine bay.

Today i plugged the fuse back in to diagnose further and the navigation was not even powering up. I checked the acc fuse in drivers side and it was ok too. Then unmounted the navigation from its place and there was a fuse in its back and it was also ok, along with all the clips: unplugged and plugged again, still the unit has no power.

Has any one else experienced this boot loop, loss of power issue in OEM in dash Navigation by Honda. Share your experience, solution if faced.

One is newer
Other has more power.

Resale qise RS has more resale than oriel but not that much difference.

Salam everyone, please guide me to authentic dealer for Dunlops or Bridgestone Tires in LHR. I require 215/50/R17 for my X. Currently using Bridgestone Ecopia and the tires were driven 80% on Long routes and lasted 50k. Reason for not choosing Yokohama is that I travel to Industries on every imaginable road and can't be sitting at puncture shops on weekends. Shahrayar traders has Dunlop Veuro but 2022. Appreciate your support. Thanks

@consigliori Pakistan Rubber Tyre company seems to be the official distributor for Bridgestone.
