I also booked mine orial in first week of sep and tentative date was 31jan and but till now i have not received it the dealership informed me that it will be delivered on 7th feb and on 7th they said its in production it will be delivered on 9th feb and today on 9th they said that your order has been approved for production will be here in few days i booked from Sargodha silver colour.
I even tried calling honda customer care and all numbers mentioned on there website but they dont pick up.

First week of Sept and Karachi

Same issue, Booking for Oriel first week of September, Rawalpindi tentative 31 Jan. Dealership reps act like bafoons and never know anything. Even at factory number today a person named Mushahid picked up and gave a pathetic answer "Sir we do not have the facility to track delivery status of cars, please check website for that". I told him website shows 31 Jan and i still have not received the car, he said please contact your dealership then they will have latest information.

When did u make the final payment?

If you are in Karachi...ur car dispatching date would be around 10 to 12 March, so considering that you will get the delivery of ur car around 16 or 17th March.....cheers..

People who shifted from Reborn to Civic X, My question. Is the drive of Civic X (oriel) better than the drive of Reborn? because in my opinion, Civic X feels a bit Soft like the suspension is soft and its bouncy. your Opinions on this matter?

I want to replace the tyres of my just delivered civic. Today I called J Rashid & company in lahore. He is asking Rs. 14000 per tyre for Yokohama Advance DB 215-55-R 16 and for 225-55-R 16. Isn't he asking too much for these tyres. The net amount he wants is Rs. 36000 after taking the stock tyres. Please someone guide me which tyre I should buy and from where in Lahore?

You can find advan Db and continental CC5 in 13k per tyre from faisal town. Btw which variant u booked oriel or turbo and what was ur booking and delivery date?

I need 3 convincing arguments to do so. My requirement and driving habits are below.

1. I am economy and calm driver and hardly drove any car above 2.5 RPM normally.
2. I am not attracted much remote start , paddle shifters and rear entertainment screen.
3. Yes, i am technology enthusiast and admire modern and new engine.

Go for Oriel if you don't wan't the features of the turbo and as you say you drive very calmly so turbo won't help you much. i own oriel myself for the reasons you stated above

Go for Oriel if you don't wan't the features of the turbo and as you say you drive very calmly so turbo won't help you much. i own oriel myself for the reasons you stated above

Go for Oriel bro....further to the above reasons u have mentioned.. Turbos in Pakistan are still not upto the mark....every second owner of Turbo is having that VSA ticking problem....back screen option is very luxury to listen but its not practical specially if you have little children...believe me most of the Turbo owners in this category would have faulty screen after one or two years of usage.....kisi na kisi bachay ki tang lag jani hai us screen par or screen ka kaam tamam.....secondly yes for the traffic in Khi you cant even drive oriel in full capacity....Turbo to zaya hi ho jani hai bechari....So why you spend 3 lacs more....

You will not regret...- When you will see many other Turbos going for engine maintenance in next 2 years as turbo engine need to be maintained much often as compared to naturally aspirated. You can see difference in extended warranty package prices between Turbo and Oriel, Turbo is higher, so Honda knows there will be more claims in Turbo soon.

You might think that you should have bought turbo when you have booked the car but trust me, when my car came, i lost all of these feelings. Also when my friend's turbo came, its audio system got stuck. There are problems in turbo infotainment system and the engine and 1.8 has enough torque and power for Pakistani roads and your kind of driving. So buy an Oriel and enjoy it and especially if you buy a good colour, you won't think about Turbo ever again. I went for Rallye red and i love it. if you don't care about resale value alot then i suggest you also go for blue or red and as another person said, Turbos will be going for maintenance and the back screens will be ruined by kids

I also belong to same category as yours but went for Turbo and totally loving it.

You don't need to race but knowing that power is available helps in critical conditions
Rear screen is a pleasant experience for kids at the back seat

So, what i understand and conclude from comments so far is that if you are "Fun", "Thrill", "looks", and "Class" conscious than go for Turbo.

Luckily i m a fan of none of these... so Oriel is a way to go for me

Made final payment today at Honda Classic (Islamabad ), they are saying delivery date is expected to be in March-2017..(booked in Oct-16)....

Got a look at their car list...it appears that 90% of civics booked are oriel...also white is the most ordered color..almost 7 out of every 10 cars....black , silver and modern steel seem to be tied for second place in terms of demand....
