Islamabad guys...i have heard that in Isl you wont get return file of your car...the file is submitted in the concerned department...is it TRUE?.......and if it is true then what document a person would require in replacement of file?

Kindly READ the links you share as the car model is called 1.8E but that doesn't mean that the engine is made by earth dreams.

Earth dreams makes Engines AND transmission (CVT), the 1.8E has the old R18Z1 tuned maybe for this car but it isn't earth dreams. Its the same engine from the days of the 8th Gen civic.

As mentioned by @salik990 , the engines earth dreams makes are listed by him and that is the end of the list with an added 1.6L Diesel Engine.

Earthdreams makes 3 kinds of CVT, what they are please read it yourself for the common knowledge to increase.

Yes it's true, you will get smart card from excise after 2-3months of registration. I am still waiting mine and expected in next week

Sadly. I changed my turbo to civic. Coz i cant wait any more. Future of turbo was not known..

I Need Advice as I have recently booked lunar silver Honda Civic Orial without navigation and Leather seat covers. I intend to deposit extra money for navigation and leather interior in start of July as requested.
I have few questions,
1. Do I need to buy navigation as only reason I want to do so as it would give me an option of back view camera. Is back view camera available in civic without navigation option.
2. If I have funds to pay little extra not for the both features, which option you think should I avail. Navigation or leather seat.

Dear Friend seems quite tight in budget...sincere brotherly advise would be dont go for those options at all....non owner of civic would never figure out it is with or without add-ons....second advise though none of my business but pls try to avoid touching ceiling of your budget......I wish and my heart was with fortuner but after that I would remain very little ..so I better stayed with Turbo...

Converted from turbo to oriel. Will get the car in 15 days.
Always wanted a turbo but it is indeed discontinued for a limited time.

Good to know that. Is it with you only that the car is being delivered in 15 days or everyone who is converting from Turbo to Oriel?

Everyone. Altas is discouraging supplying turbo in the market until the knocking issue is fixed. My plan is to ue the Oriel and then replace it with the turbo when it is OK.

Navigation is better value for money than the pathetic quality leather Atlas provides. Not just for you even for future resale value.

Navigation, as the units available in the market are not of that good quality which honda provides, this i've tested sometimes in last few generations & since last one i'm in opinion of getting it from the manufacturer rather than getting it installed from the market. as far as leather is concerned, you can get in much cheaper rate from the markt. also in my opinion which is based on previous experience with honda, its fabric quality had really been good, like i kept previous generation for 4 years with fabric & even on last day of selling, i got not even a single spot on it & its luch & luster was same as was previous even no color fading was tehre.

Are they delivering on the said date? They have given me 31st May, is there any number to confirm if the card is ready before going there as I will be travelling from Lahore only for this purpose.

Ok...so all the car owners dont have return file of their car but the smart card...right?...and what if purchase a car from a company?....means in case of changing the ownership..what would be the procedure?...thanx for helping me out...

Company will generate a computerised transfer letter from ETO, fill it in your name. A transfer or ownership form will be filled, fee will be deposited along with original registration doc and you will be issued a receipt to collect the reg doc, smart card after a couple of months.
