I have experience with Honda Classic for over ten years. They have looked after my beloved 8th gen Civic and now supplied my 10th gen. So far I have no major complaints. They made good on their promise of early delivery for those who switched from Turbo to Oriel.
The only complain I had with them was that as my 8th gen got older with higher mileage it needed more closer attention during the routine inspection so that I would not have things break while driving. Two examples were the collapsed engine mount and cracked shock tower mountings. Granted that these items did not render the car out of action but my beef with them was that once the car comes in for inspection and service, the technicians need to be more eagle eyed when dealing with cars with higher mileages. The idea is that the dealer needs to tell the customer what needs to change not the other way around.
I don't have any experience with Honda Avenue.
