Yesterday on a utrun a mercedes E300 driver floored before me just to excite me & i had been. i enjoyed this short time flooring & he couldn't go an inch ahead of me rather i just was to pass by him. acceleration felt superb in comparison to that beauty.

you mean civic can easily beat 2.0L inline-4 turbo 241hp and 0 to 100 in 6.2 seconds .. the day is not far when you beat super cars in honda civic 🏻

Most of the Turbo owners that I know of say Shell is the worst and once is enough to make you regret. They are mainly Total fans on regular basis followed by PSO for some strange reason but I guess the fuel experience matters.

I've been a lifelong PSO user for all my cars. Just have that confidence in them here in Karachi, similar to the confidence I used to have in Islamabad Shell pumps for the couple of years I lived there.

Filled up the new Turbo with my usual PSO pumps and after about 3 tank fulls it started knocking. I lived with it for a while and then, just for the heck of it, switched to Total. With my personal experience I can vouch that the knocking went away (completely now) only with that.

PSO Altron X or regular Premium one????

Wesay bro I have driven my Honda city 2012 model 94k kms on Hioctane then Grande 2016 Oct till now on Hioctane from Total. So for me it will be a routine thing.........

moreover for going to my home town in Mianchanu once in a blue moon, what i used to do with my previous cars and will do now is to fill the tank full while leaving Lahore and will make it full from Total Sahiwal or Chichawatni half to again full in order to remain it mixed.........and come back in the same tank

Altron X of course. But with Total I am able to mix regular and HOBC and yet there is no knocking.

These days I am really in a mood to take the Turbo to LHR/ISB (from KHI) but fuel availability is what is putting me off. Once knocking starts, it doesn't go away easily, and I am not willing to take the risk.

i don't know the specs of that car but i wrote what i felt. maybe the initial accleration of this car is better than that at high speed behaviour of two may become changed altogether.
one thing is for sure that he gave full floor & i followed him but track lenght was not much & i experienced earlier mentioned observation. maybe if track length was more, situation could become different afterwards.

By 20th july, that is 40 days before tentative delivery date i was told by the dealership.

Sold one in Feb due to funds hiccups... inshAllah trying to get back on track... may be after eid.
