Iam afraid that fuel average for 1.5 is not impressive as mentioned in international reviews. Somebody told me it's around 7km in city.

If anyone can share 1.8 avg pls ??

Aoa every one. Just got the civil X oriel form lahore in silver. Have driven it for nearly 250 kms and odo showing the average of 12.1km per litre. But with my 2 year experience with grande... the odo is not accurate....one has to calculate it on tank refueling....conventional method.... will soon post my other observations and detailed review of my ride...

Congratulations. It is pretty good average for a 1.8. On 9th Gen only a few could go above 10

Yes I swapped them for 215/55-16 Horizons HH301 rates 93V but after trying them ended up getting my BG Luxo's back. It was a weham. Also a very reputed tyre dealer from Lahore is a good friend and he has today forced me and heavily convinced me not to waste money as BG will not be offered a good rate. According to him the tyres are much much improved this time and he personally said they are as good and equivalent as medium range imported ones atleast this time if not better. He did say: please don't compare these to Eurostars and they are far superior as per his personal experience of Civic 2016. Can't be tagged as bad at all so he told me to use them contrary to telling me to pay him for his profit.

And this is the only reason that had kept me confused. I have never settled for any local tyre ever in the past but trust me this time I myself am not feeling them to be bad to spend thrice the amount.

Haven't tried the accuracy of 10th Gen display average. But previously on my 9th Gen it was absolutely accurate surprisingly upon calculation as well. Some owners said it doesn't match, maybe there is a difference on car to car. But my previous experience was spot on with the readings on 9th Civic.

However the one on my 2010 City did have a variation of upto 0.5 kmpl

Same was the case here. But honestly the tyre shops have gone insane with prices for 215/55-16 Advan Db. New 2016 lots are for 15000 plus which is the price of 3 BG Luxo. In ka damaagh seedha ho jaye ga 6 months tak. Right now they are exploiting unavailability of official BG rates and demand for Civic owners. And trust me I have always kept Yokos but the 3 times price difference isn't feeling worth it.

Better to utilize some of the BG amount than waste it.

Yokohama Distributor next to Saif quoted me 17K for AdvanDB but this was when Civic was not launched. If BG is fine then stick to it for now. As soon as i get delivery that's the only thing i will do as always is get Yokohama's.

Sir the new civic X is way beyond any local competitor we have.... if given the comparison with JDM.... still it's at par and I can't give a comparison with German guys cuz I haven't driven their product as yet.... though I have ridden them abroad..... they are a class apart..... but as yet this civic has won my heart.... shifting from multiple atlises after 8 years ... I have returned back to honda and it has surprised me...... plz don't look at the minor alignment issues of this car.... try to look at the pure Japanese pleasure.... and it's all there..... after testing turbo and 1.8... I went for 1.8....cuz it's very difficult to enjoy turbo in lhr traffic.... and paddle shifters.... well in my grande I used them twice.... once to demonstrate to my dad and once to show off to my friend Ali..... this car has a smooth drive.... excellent driving position.... premium goodies.... those whose are complaining of absence of hon da sense.... believe me.... if u are driving in lhr.... no honda sense can help u..... DON'T GO FOR LEATHER PACKAGE ..... IT'S A WASTE OF MONEY....same thing for 29 percent of the price is readily available... HONDA COATING.....well get it done from couple of very famous guys for 50 percent of price.... INFOTAINMENT..... no comments..... CIVIC X .... for sure the best family sedan that we have at the moment

Can anyone post acceleration videos from zero (not a rolling start) to 120 for both 1.8 and 1.5 turbo? though I'll be test driving a friends' 1.8 oriel and present my take on the new civic here in a few days and already taken test drive of 1.5 turbo from showroom but it was brief.
